Join us this Wednesday, Feb 8th at our Canal Street Market booth 
to learn about the bean-to-bar chocolate process (and free chocolate tastings!)

Go behind-the-scenes with our head chocolate maker, Andrew Black as he educates the crowd on sourcing, the step-by-step process, and the inspiration behind the packaging of your favorite chocolate confections. In this conversation, you'll learn (and taste) each step of the bean to bear process. Explore in depth information on cacao sourcing practices from around he world, and how locality influencers flavor profiles and pairings. Black will also touch base on the meticulous craftsmanship that comes from the creating the bars, brews, and other counter confections.

With a Q + A to follow, this is a free event we will be hosting with Canal Street Market!
